Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Denver, CO Area (Onsite) Salary: $80,000–$95,000 DOEAbout The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a well-established manufacturing organization in the Denver area. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting approximately 125–150 employees at a single manufacturing facility.If you enjoy being the go-to HR resource, partnering with leaders, building relationships with employees, and working across all areas of Human Resources, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs the HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, including:Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisorsSupport employee relations and coach managers on HR policies and best practicesCoordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientationAssist with payroll processing, audits, pay changes, and HRIS updatesAdminister employee benefits and support Open EnrollmentCoordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and state leave programsManage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processesMonitor attendance, maintain employee records, and ensure HR complianceMaintain employee data within the HRIS and support reporting and auditsPartner with leadership to support workforce planning and daily HR operationsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experienceExperience supporting payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and leave administrationStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR complianceExperience working with an HRIS (Paycom or similar platform preferred)Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentManufacturing, industrial, distribution, or warehouse experience preferredUnion or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) experience is a plusWhy You'll Love This OpportunityCompetitive salary of $80,000–$95,000Opportunity to own the HR function for a manufacturing facilityCollaborative leadership team that values HR as a strategic business partnerStable, growing organization with long-term career potentialComprehensive benefits packageMeaningful work where you'll make an impact on employees and the business every dayIf you're looking for an opportunity where your HR experience will be valued and your contributions will make a difference, we'd love to connect with you.
