Manage full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offers. Track IT trends to attract elite talent. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years agency‑side technical recruiting with proven success (quantifiable metrics a must). Strong grasp of tech roles (cloud engineers, security analysts, developers, project managers, etc.). Curiosity for AI/recruiting tech, tenacity, and excellent communication.
