Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview for contract, perm, and right‑to‑hire IT roles. Always something different and new to work on from IT infrastructure to development to project management, data analysis, ERP… Collaborate on compelling JDs and use innovative recruiting tools to manage your sourcing strategy. Manage full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offers. Track IT trends to attract elite talent. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years agency‑side technical recruiting with proven success (quantifiable metrics a must). Strong grasp of tech roles (cloud engineers, security analysts, developers, project managers, etc.). Curiosity for AI/recruiting tech, tenacity, and excellent communication.
