Job Summary You have been an IT PM/BA of a Risk technology team to drive business analysis and Agile delivery for risk technology initiatives. You partner with developers and end-users to turn complex risk and capital markets requirements into high-quality, compliant solutions. Key Skills and Competencies BA/PM experience on Agile, cloud-based projects (preferably Azure). Strong SQL, data validation, and data analysis skills (Excel, SQL; Python a plus). Proficient with Confluence, JIRA, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, and Office 365. Solid understanding of SDLC, capital markets products (derivatives, SFTs), and counterparty credit risk (Net CE, MPE, EE, CVA). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10 years in Risk Technology or similar Agile initiatives. 5 years in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending. Experience working with distributed, cross-time-zone teams. Primary Responsibilities Lead Risk Technology projects as BA/PM, owning requirements, planning, and delivery outcomes. Capture and manage Agile requirements in JIRA, maintaining end-to-end traceability for management, audit, and regulatory needs. Champion Agile practices, refine processes, and manage scope, risks, issues, and budgets to keep delivery on track. Collaborate with global teams, educate stakeholders on Agile, and provide clear reports/dashboards on status, productivity, and data exceptions.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
