Qualifications & Requirements 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
