Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying. We're looking for Event Marketers who are personable, confident, and genuinely excited to connect with others. The ideal candidate is outgoing, authentic, and thrives in social settings—someone who can spark meaningful conversations, build trust quickly, and represent Marvin with pride. As an Event Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of Infinity Replacement at retail locations across Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua . Your mission: engage shoppers, spark conversations, and generate leads for our in-home consultation services. Highlights of your role Travel between Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua—this position requires reliable transportation Engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce them to our premium window and door solutions Generate leads by converting customer interactions into in-home consultation appointments Set up and maintain professional displays Why This Role Stands Out Unlimited earning potential: Hourly wage of $24 per hour plus weekly bonuses. Earn $1,500+ per week with no cap on bonuses. Potential to average $30-$35+ per hour! Multi-location flexibility: Work across three key areas for a dynamic, engaging experience. Paid Training: Get expert onboarding to help you succeed. Consistent schedule and hours! Available Shifts Days: Wednesday-Sunday (9am-3pm) Evenings: Wednesday-Sunday (3pm-8:30pm) You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Love starting conversations—you're naturally outgoing and enjoy connecting with new people. Can lift up to 40 lbs—setting up displays is part of the job. Comfortable on your feet—you'll be standing and moving around during your shift. Compensation Earn $30 - $35+/hr—guaranteed hourly pay of $24/hr plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead.
