Structural Engineer

We are partnering with a respected structural engineering consulting firm seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, residential, and forensic engineering projects while mentoring junior staff and collaborating directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design structural systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, construction documents, and specifications.
• Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and provide construction administration support.
• Perform structural inspections and site assessments as needed.
• Manage client relationships and provide project updates throughout the design process.
• Review and seal engineering documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business growth through exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Arizona PE license required; SE license or ability to obtain preferred.
• 6–10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience designing with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel.
