Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California mild/moderate special education credential required
• Experience working within a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged students (TK-8th)
• Familiarity with crafting and implementing IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Ability to collaborate closely with general education staff, parents, and support personnel
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students in an RSP elementary program
• Develop, adapt, and implement instructional strategies and materials for diverse learners
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
