Overview Of The Senior HR Generalist Role Manage recruiting process including, sourcing, selection, offers, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple requisitions simultaneously Advocate for employee retention and development Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Process Payroll Bi-weekly Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to identify best practices and process improvements Preferred Qualifications For The Senior HR Generalist Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another relevant field preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 4+ years experience Good time management skills and able to pivot. Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
