Sales Associate - Entry Level

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an ambitious  Sales Associate  to help us grow in Central New Jersey. This is an opportunity to learn consultative selling in a professional-services environment, work directly with local business leaders, and develop the skills to build a long-term career in sales, account management, or business development.

We help office buildings, medical facilities, schools, warehouses, property managers, and other businesses simplify their facility-service needs. Our team coordinates commercial janitorial, maintenance, and specialty services through a network of qualified service providers. You will help introduce City Wide to prospective clients, uncover their needs, and create opportunities for our sales team.

No facility-services experience is required. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a high level of drive, and the willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and identify potential commercial clients throughout Central New Jersey.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, use LinkedIn, and conduct in-person drop-ins to generate new business opportunities.
• Research companies, facilities, property managers, and decision-makers in assigned target markets.
• Schedule qualified appointments and site walk-throughs for the sales team.
• Build relationships with office managers, facility managers, property managers, business owners, and operations leaders.
• Learn to identify facility-service challenges and explain how City Wide can help solve them.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, notes, and follow-up tasks in our CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, networking events, and occasional client visits.
• Work toward monthly activity, appointment-setting, and pipeline-development goals.
• Develop into a future Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or Client Success leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, business development, or another client-facing role.

• Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable being measured on activity and results.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confidence starting conversations with new people by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage consistent follow-up.
• Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to accept feedback.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools; experience with LinkedIn is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local business development and client visits.
• Ability to work primarily in person from our East Brunswick, NJ office

• $50,000–$54,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission; realistic first-year on-target earnings of $60,000–$65,000 for a fully ramped performer.
