You'll work with businesses of 1–99 employees—the entrepreneurs powering local economies—helping them succeed with essential HR, payroll, and compliance solutions.Through trusted partners like CPAs and client referrals, you won't just sell—you'll build relationships, unlock opportunities, and make a real impact. Every conversation matters, every referral opens a door, and every win accelerates your career.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreachBuild relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logosExecute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipelineSell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and complianceManage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business ownersOwn the full process—from prospecting to closing dealsWhat it takes to win:Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizesResilience, drive, and competitive motivationCoachability and ability to quickly apply feedbackExperience working toward goals or quotas (sales or similar environments) and demonstrated leadership experience—whether through work, school, nonprofits, fraternities/sororities, clubs, or other organizations (for example, serving as a treasurer, team lead, or project lead)Why this role:Uncapped earning potential + performance incentives and award tripsRapid skill development in a high-volume, high-growth sales environmentStrong access to opportunities through referral-based sellingReal impact helping small businesses grow and stay compliantIf you're driven, coachable, and ready to build a high-growth sales career—this is your starting point.QualificationsH.S. diploma - requiredBachelor's degree - preferred1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $53,000 - $105,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
