What youll do:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the location: agronomy grain and/or energy as applicable
• Hire train schedule and develop location staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and customers
• Oversee safety regulatory compliance inventory and equipment
• Manage budgets margins and location profitability and support sales goals

What were looking for:

• Ag retail cooperative grain or agronomy operations experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused and results-driven
• Bachelors degree in agriculture or business preferred not required
