Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses—covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—adhering to clearly defined procedures.
• Review results for precision, address discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for examinations as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, guide and train new staff or students, and help uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe workplace while complying with all relevant regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of appointment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
