Claims Administrative Support Specialist

$19 - $21 per hour

Position: claims administrative support specialist You’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable. Must-have Qualifications High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience OR one year post-secondary education Preferred Skills Proficiency using office equipment Proven organizational skills Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment Customer service and follow-up skills Schedule 100% in-office, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Location You must reside within 40 miles of Progressive Claims office at 8350 N Central Expressway, Suite 800, Dallas TX 75206 Compensation $19.00-$21.00 / hr.
