You’ll understand that your clients rely on your expertise while you build strong, trusted, and profitable relationships with them, within a successful and growing business that is full of opportunity. You’ll be working in a very supportive environment within a friendly and experienced team. The role of the HNW Executive involves: Managing your portfolio of High Net Worth Clients. Supporting your clients all year round. Developing relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs. Tailoring your approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls. Renewal is your main priority but you’ll also focus on growth by offering solutions from a diverse range of brands and a wide breadth of products. The experience you need to demonstrate as a HNW Executive includes: Experience handling the Insurance requirements of HNW clients. Proactive use of initiative to identify opportunities to assist clients and grow the business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with demanding customers. A positive outlook, engagement, collaboration, and resilience to adapt while working well with your team and supporting others.
