Compassion Animal Hospital is a privately owned, growing mixed-animal practice in East Berlin, Pennsylvania seeking a compassionate, hardworking, and positive Associate Veterinarian to join our team.

Compassion truly is at the heart of everything we do—for our patients, our clients, and our team. As an independently owned practice, we value a collaborative, family-like environment where team members are heard, new ideas are welcomed, and maintaining a healthy work/life balance is a priority.

We are open to full-time or part-time candidates . An experienced veterinarian would be a great addition to our team, but we are also happy to consider a newer graduate who is a great fit and eager to grow with us. Large animal experience or interest is a plus!

• 2–3 technicians per veterinarian to provide strong support throughout your day

• 80 hours of PTO for full-time Associate Veterinarians after 90 days of employment

• Bi-weekly doctor rounds to collaborate on cases, share knowledge, and develop medical protocols

• A leadership team that is open to new ideas and ways of doing things better
