CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) - ACUTE CARE | PER DIEM JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a per diem opportunity in an acute rehabilitation hospital setting. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS

Shift Time: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
12.5-Hour Night Shift

PAY

Pay Rate: 24-28 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active CNA Certification in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous acute care, rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning
Obtain and record vital signs as directed
Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
Assist nurses with routine patient care activities
Provide compassionate and respectful patient-centered care
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
