We offer competitive benefits, 401K, PTO, flexible holiday policy and education reimbursement.Reports to Engineering ManagerKey Responsibilities:Establish Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Method of Manufacturing while following customer and industry specificationsCAD modeling (Catia experience a plus)Develop Shop Drawings/Sketches (Shop Aids)Understanding of GD&TDevelopment of manufacturing Inspection methods (templates, check fixtures, etc)Daily Operations SupportProject manage/develop new products on quoted timeline and budgetSupport Quality functions and Special Process Audits as requiredAd hoc duties as assignedDesign ability is a plusEvaluate new technology and new capabilities in support of current and future work statementsQualificationsBasic Qualification:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited universityThree (3) years of experience in the Manufacturing IndustryEmployee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.Ability to read and understand precautions, safety, procedures, and other specifications as necessary to perform job function.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering fieldFive (5) years of experience working in Manufacturing IndustryExperience working in the CNC Machining, Forming, & Special Process environmentsExperience Programming Sheet Metal components (Mastercam software supporting CNC Routers, Waterjets, and Punch Presses)Experience utilizing Nesting softwareExtensive knowledge in multiple aerospace OEM specification reviewExperience implementing Continuous improvement projectsExperience working in a business that holds AS9100, ISO9001, or equivalent Quality certifications
