About Decor X
Decor X LLC is a Phoenix-based manufacturer and supplier of luxury natural stone tile and mosaic. We help independent tile and stone showrooms win more business through our Free Showroom Display Program — a curated 72-sample tile and mosaic display rack we provide to dealers at no cost, backed by growing local inventory in Phoenix for fast fulfillment. We are an Associate Member of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA).
The Role
We're looking for 1–2 independent sales reps to grow our dealer network across the Valley. This is a field role: you'll be out visiting showrooms, building relationships face to face — not cold-calling from a desk. You'll own an exclusive territory (East Valley or West Valley, no overlap).
What You'll Do
• Prospect and visit independent tile and stone showrooms in your territory
• Present the Free Showroom Display Program and place display racks in qualified showrooms
• Build lasting relationships with showroom owners and purchasing decision-makers
• Support your dealers after placement and follow up on reorders
• Represent Decor X at local trade events, including the Southwest Builders Show (Nov 4) and HBACA events
What We're Looking For
• Sales experience in tile, stone, flooring, or building materials — existing showroom relationships are a big plus
• Self-driven, professional, and comfortable selling in person
• Based in the greater Phoenix area with reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese a plus, not required
Compensation — 1099, commission only, no cap
• 10% on all orders from a new dealer in their first 6 months
• 5% residual on every order after that, for as long as they keep ordering
• Your income compounds as your territory grows — no ceiling
• Samples provided; mileage reimbursed
Example: sign a dealer ordering $30K/year and you earn about $2,250 in the first 12 months, plus $1,500 every year after. Six such dealers = roughly $13,500 in year one and $9,000+ in annual residuals.
