Shift: 1st Shift (Schedule may vary based on production needs) 6AM -6PM rotating shifts

Position Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to support daily QC operations, ensure product compliance, and maintain documentation for industrial manufacturing processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to work closely with production, safety, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate daily quality control activities
Inspect materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications
Document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions
Maintain QC records, reports, and quality documentation
Assist with audits, testing procedures, and quality investigations
Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience in quality control or related industrial role
Strong understanding of inspection processes and documentation
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and measurements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
