Build highly available, business-critical services in AWS using Node.js and event-driven architectures. Translate complex requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.Delivery — Consistently ship high-quality, defect-free code with tests and documentation. Own your work end to end — from design through deployment — with minimal oversight. Hold yourself to a high bar on code quality and system reliability.Collaboration — Partner closely with adjacent teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and unblock progress. Communicate proactively on task status and project impact. Contribute actively to technical design reviews and serve as a resource other engineers can rely on.Team Orientation — Show up for the team. Help debug production issues, clear blockers, and improve shared systems — even when the issue isn't yours.
