Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

Schedule: Day shift with varied start times, Monday through Friday, with weekend call rotation.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses.
• Familiarity with adult physical therapy techniques.
• Experience with specialty services such as concussion management, vestibular therapy, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling.
• EMR experience: EPIC

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Implement therapeutic interventions for a variety of physical therapy cases.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

• All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission for it to be honored.
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
