Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. Indianapolis, IN, United States | req26136 Second shift, 03:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday; starting January 2026: 12-hour shift, nights. What you will enjoy doing Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures and complying with all applicable regulations. Assist in maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and maintain accurate records. Stand for long periods as required. Maintain the highest quality standards. Communicate clearly with team members and internal customers. Work independently and focus on assigned duties. Collaborate closely with Quality / Engineering / Operations on assigned tasks. Prioritize work to meet deadlines and be reliable in achieving assigned duties in a timely manner. Be willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. Demonstrate acceptable manual dexterity. What makes you great High school diploma. Completion of PST/LAMT certification and week‑long Metcut (CCL) training (off‑site) prior to working independently, if not previously certified. Preferred: related lab experience, prior Metcut (CCL) and PST/LAMT certification, prior coating experience, hazardous/chemical process experience. Ability to prioritize work, multi‑task, and take action. Detail oriented. Experience in a production/manufacturing and/or plant environment. Knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings for sample preparation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office programs.
