Contract (thru January 2026) Open to relocation – hybrid onsite 2-3 days/week Local candidates/resources preferred

Location: Orlando, FL / Altamonte Springs – Typically 3 days a week

Current State: Go live is December 2025/January 2026 for Workday -Peoplesoft to Workday transition beginning phases (prototype 1 testing) -In the middle of Phase 1 testing a need resource specializing in Workday Hcm Core platform with configuration and conversion experience

Day to day: -Design, conversion and mapping transition -Redesigning and configuring data conversion -Data mapping, data validation and optimizing new platform -Not developers more analysis side of data -Ait team is taking extracts out of peoplesoft and loading in workday -Seeing errors in data flows that they need to get to the bottom of

Ideal candidate: -Someone that can hit the ground running with little ramp up -Has experience with a few lifecycles or Workday implementations/integrations -Data mapping, extraction, analysis with Workday -Industry experience not a big deal for their team -Consultant experience preferred for individuals to onboard quickly and successfully with us would include:

• Has workday Hcm Hr configuration experience
• Has workday Hcm Hr conversion load experience
• Has Workday Hcm Conversion Mapping experience (how to do design the mapping form legacy systems to Workday)
  • Example: Strong understanding of Workday supervisory org structures, job profiles and position structures and how to facilitate the conversion into these structures
