Support safe, effective medication use across outpatient and clinical settings. Provide direct clinical pharmacy services and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Help maintain medication safety, service quality, and compliance with established policies. Depending on qualifications and assigned level, contribute to specialized pharmacy clinics, clinical program development, and operational supervision. Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school Current American Heart Association BLS certification Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered pharmacist Minimum 1 year of clinical pharmacist experience Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required Fingerprinting and clearance must be completed before the start date #J-18808-Ljbffr TMS Services
