CRO Product Designer

Product Designer We're looking for a Product Designer specialized in conversion rate optimization to design paywalls, onboarding flows and subscription experiences across several apps in the company's portfolio. You'll work directly with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to design, test and iterate on experiences that maximize conversion without sacrificing the user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design in Figma and set up/upload paywalls and subscription flows in Superwall and RevenueCat. Design and optimize Web-to-Web (W2W) and Web-to-App (W2A) funnels to drive acquisition and conversion. Collaborate with multiple Product Owners in parallel, managing several projects at once. Design and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma. Analyze test results and propose data-driven iterations. Ensure designs adapt across different devices, languages and screen sizes. Document processes and keep the team's workflow up to date. Explore and apply AI-assisted workflows to speed up research, competitive benchmarking and the generation of design variants. Required Skills: Senior experience in digital product design, ideally in subscription "products" to make it broader (mobile-first). Portfolio with CRO, paywall or onboarding case studies. Strong command of Figma (design systems, components, prototyping). Experience with Superwall and/or RevenueCat for paywall implementation. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/POs at the same time. English B1+ level is required. Experience in using AI tools to accelerate UX/UI workflows is mandatory (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, or AI prototyping tools). Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools. Preferred Experience: Interest or experience in building custom AI agents or automated workflows that support the design process (briefing, documentation, conversion-pattern analysis). Motion & animation skills — able to bring designs to life with tools like After Effects and/or Lottie (animated paywalls, onboarding transitions and UI micro-interactions). Basic knowledge of conversion-oriented copywriting. Experience in subscription products across different niches (utilities, productivity, health&fitness, photo/video tools, AI consumer products). Other Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment. Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
