Minimal Call Structure
Weekday Call: Phone-only triage limited exclusively to your own patient panel (Monday Thursday).
Weekend Call: Exceptionally light averaging just 2 weekends per year.
Nursery Care: Routine newborn rounding (screens and circumcisions) preferred for team alignment.
