General Laborer – Fireproofing Support (Denver International Airport)

Pay: $25.03/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm (meet at Henderson warehouse at 5:45am; shift pay starts at 6:30am)

Contract Length: 12–24 months (stable indoor work at DEN)

We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support fireproofing crews at Denver International Airport. This role offers steady hours, long‑term indoor work, and the opportunity for direct hire based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain work areas, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials
• Assist fireproofers by moving, staging, and preparing materials and equipment
• Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment
• Set up and break down work areas, including surface protection and overspray prevention
• Support fireproofers during application by handing tools, mixing materials, and completing tasks as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work effectively as part of a 4‑person crew operating in 2‑person teams

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial construction or general labor experience
• Comfortable working in an airport environment and following all security and safety protocols
• Ability to obtain a DEN airport badge
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Must be able to meet at the Henderson warehouse each morning for carpool to DEN

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.03 - $25.03/hr.
