Senior Backend Engineer
Duration: end of December but could extend longer
Location: Remote
Client need a profile who can add practical AI experience on top of "classic development"? Claude plugin, integrating AI steps into CI/CD pipelines, building a product with AI capabilities, and testing and validating the accuracy of the AI based solution.
Need someone with Strong AI experience
Tech Stack

- React/MUI knowledge is a plus
- TypeScript familiarity preferred
Role
- Staff/Tech Lead level.
- Lead backend architecture.
- Hands-on coding.
- Technical leadership.
- Code reviews.
- Architectural decision making.
AI Environment
- Building on top of Claude .
- Creating plugins/integrations with Claude.
- AI platform is fairly standardized.
- Claude experience is preferred over GitHub Copilot.
- Team uses Claude extensively throughout development.
Soft Skills
- Highly collaborative.
- Positive attitude.
- Efficient.
- Comfortable working with internal teams and contractors.
- Looking for a "no-drama" engineer.
Nice to Have
- Historically they hire full-stack engineers.
- This role leans backend, but they're open to someone with frontend experience.

- The company is reinventing its travel platform using AI.
Goals include:
- Modernizing travel upgrades (air, rail, etc.).
- Introducing AI-driven personalization.
- Improving customer upgrade experiences.
- Supporting both B2B and B2C users.
