Restaurant General Manager—High-Volume QSR | Troy, IL
Up to $70,000
This location generates $4.5M in annual sales and features one of the busiest drive-thru locations in Troy, IL. This role belongs to a General Manager who runs toward the rush, not away from it.
Needed:
-2-3 Years of Restaurant Management
-High-Level Profit/Loss Understand
-Ability to Train and Development in the Restaurant Industry
-Kitchen Experience is a PLUS
You’ll own the entire operation—speed of service, ticket times, labor, food cost, and a crew that moves fast when the line stacks up. Peak hours serve as your proving ground. Hit the numbers, coach your people, and keep every car rolling through happy.
We want a leader with real Quick Service command: high-volume experience, a head for the numbers, and the drive to build a team that stays.
