Creative Strategist

You are the person who directs Growth OS creative decisions with data. You determine which message, in which format, for which audience, on which platform will perform best — and you design the test matrices. You don't write creative briefs — you build creative hypotheses. You are the bridge between performance data and creative production. What you'll operate: Creative hypothesis design based on performance data and audience insights Creative performance analysis and learning loop documentation Cross-functional bridge between data, strategy, and creative production teams What the system requires: 4+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth marketing Deep understanding of how creative variables impact performance across platforms Data literacy — you read performance reports as fluently as creative briefs You build creative systems, not campaigns.
