Food Runner/Busser
Storm Peak Brewing is seeking Food Runner/Bussers for our new tasting room location at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. Our menu consists of beer forward dishes, made from scratch, in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team member will work closely with the kitchen to deliver prepared dishes in a timely fashion to tables, ensuring accurate order delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming taproom. Customer service skills and the ability to hustle are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Ensure proper presentation of dishes before delivery to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Clear and clean tables as needed
- Support kitchen staff
- Assist in keeping service stations stocked with supplies (napkins, condiments, utensils, etc.)
- Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
