Easterseals NH, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Nurse Case Manager (RN) for our Adult Day Program in New Hampshire. The role involves nursing procedures, medication administration/supervision, IV therapy (by RN), assessments and personal care within program hours, collaborating with physicians and home care providers to ensure protocol compliance.
