Spot WelderWe are seeking a Spot Welder to join a metal manufacturing facility in Royston, GA. This 1st shift position is ideal for someone with hands-on welding experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting.Responsibilities:Operate spot welding equipment to join metal components used in shelving and fixture production.Follow blueprints, work orders, and safety guidelines to complete welds to specification.Prepare materials by cleaning, aligning, and securing parts prior to welding.Inspect completed welds for strength and quality; make adjustments as necessary.Perform basic maintenance on spot welding equipment and maintain a clean work area.Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures throughout the shift.Qualifications:Previous spot welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.Understanding of metal properties and safe welding practices.Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.High school diploma or GED preferred; welding training or certification is a plus.Shift & Compensation:Shift: 1st shift (daytime)Pay: Competitive, based on experienceBenefits: Eligible for benefits after permanent placementAt American Made Solutions, we take pride in partnering with manufacturers across the country to provide skilled tradespeople who help keep American production moving forward.
