Government Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities Must be admitted to the Illinois bar, in good standing An ideal candidate will have regulatory investigation and enforcement experience and federal court litigation experience. Preferred candidates will have government experience from a federal or state regulatory or enforcement agency, but it is not required. Candidates should have top-quality work product, strong academics, a strong interest in participating in business development efforts, providing exceptional client service, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to draft complicated opinions and legal memoranda in a clear and concise manner is required.
