School-Based BCBA: Data-Driven ABA & IEP Support
Hardy Elementary
The BCBA is responsible for ongoing supervision of the ABA programming of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This includes developing student-specific behavior plans to decrease challenging behaviors as well as curricula to teach new skills. The BCBA collaborates with teachers, parents and specialists, collects data, graphs progress, and adjusts interventions based on data to support ILPs and IEPs, ensuring effective progress in the school setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hardy Elementary
