A growing manufacturer in the housing industry is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to develop new business and support an established network of dealers, communities, and distribution partners throughout a multi-state territory.


This is not a retail sales position . Our sales team works directly with business owners, retailers, community operators, and corporate decision-makers to expand market share and strengthen long-term partnerships. Success in this role comes from building trust, uncovering opportunities, and creating value-driven solutions for customers.


We are looking for hungry, ambitious sales professionals who thrive on winning business, developing relationships, and achieving results. Industry experience is helpful but not required . We are far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, business acumen, and sales mentality.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow wholesale business relationships within an assigned territory.
• Prospect and establish new points of distribution and dealer partnerships.
• Visit retailers, communities, and business partners to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers ranging from small, family-owned businesses to large corporate accounts.
• Present product solutions and communicate value-driven selling points.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that align with their business goals.
• Negotiate pricing, programs, and solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Manage a sales pipeline with opportunities that may range from a few months to several years.
• Maintain detailed customer records and account activity using company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience from order through delivery.
• Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and territory opportunities to drive results.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience.
• 2-5+ years of B2B sales, account management, business development, or territory management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage a travel-heavy territory.

No Industry Experience? That's Okay.


We welcome candidates from a variety of B2B sales backgrounds. Experience in manufactured housing is not required. We provide product training and support. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, create opportunities, and close business.


Travel Requirements

• 60-70% travel throughout the assigned territory.
• All approved travel expenses covered by the company.
• Company credit card provided for business-related travel and entertainment expenses.
