Associate Territory Manager - Columbus, OH

BD seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support the Interventional Surgery division across a Columbus, OH territory. The role involves field-level clinical training, case support, and relationship building with physicians and hospital staff, with extensive travel and potential advancement to Territory Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate field-level customer training and technical case support with sales and logistics teams
- Conduct in-service training for hospital surgery staff on Infection Prevention and Biosurgery products
- Develop regional physician proctors and centers of excellence
- Maintain accurate account records, manage promotional materials, and plan daily sales calls
- Support regional marketing events, conventions, and physician training seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0-2 years general sales experience preferred
- Valid state driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
- Ability to work in operating room environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology
- Willingness to relocate for Territory Manager positions
