Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at the Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our patients. Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of our 140-bed skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to promote quality care and patient satisfaction
Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care
Collaborate with our medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, billing, and facility operations
Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and stability
Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote our mission and values
