Housekeeping Room Attendant (Part-time)

Housekeeping AttendantThe Housekeeping Attendant performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. This role consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. The Housekeeping Attendant ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed. This position assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. One must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.Essential/Primary Duties:Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas, back of house and event spaceOffers professional, friendly, and engaging serviceEnsures housekeeping departmental standards are followedReports necessary maintenance itemsFollows departmental policies and proceduresFollows all safety and sanitation policiesAssists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guestsSecondary Duties:Performs other duties as assigned and responds to guests requests as necessarySupports staff when overflow is neededEducation and/or Experience:High School Diploma with 2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCompetency/Skill Requirements:Strong ability to read and comprehend instructionsAdvanced ability to work cohesively as part of a teamExcellent conversationalist with a pleasant and professional personalityProficient multi-tasking and decision making skillsBasic computer skillsWorking knowledge about all equipment associated with the locationSupervisory Responsibilities:No supervisory responsibilitiesPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
