Role responsibilities include: assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times; maintaining a high level of service and hospitality; promptly and effectively dealing with guest concerns or issues and seeing all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner; posting guest charges, collecting payments and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord; handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism; being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers); being a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns; responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance; and having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
