Position Summary

As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence across a high-volume Walmart Distribution Center. You will partner with the General Manager to lead facility operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver results that support our commitment to customers, associates, and communities. This role requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

What You'll Do

Lead Operations and Deliver Results

• Support the development and execution of strategic business plans to achieve operational goals related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost.
• Drive performance by analyzing metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Forecast labor needs and manage staffing plans to ensure resources align with business demands.
• Monitor operational performance and hold teams accountable for achieving key performance indicators.

Develop and Lead High-Performing Teams

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development to salaried and hourly associates.
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Drive Financial and Business Performance

• Manage operational expenses and financial performance within assigned areas.

Champion Safety, Quality, and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Walmart and Supply Chain safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards.

• Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns while ensuring consistent execution of company policies and procedures.

Build Strong Partnerships

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications
