Full-Time Overnight Emergency Veterinarian – Avondale, AZ BluePearl Pet Hospital is excited to welcome a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to our dynamic team located within the vibrant Phoenix metro area of Avondale. Services: 24/7 emergency medicine, advanced diagnostics and therapeutics, critical care, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, nutritional support, and surgery. The Kind of Person We're Excited to Work With: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree. Valid state veterinary license. Committed to emergency care; self‑directed learner; continuous improvement. Strong decision‑making; analytical capacity; attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment. Experience with Google Apps for Work and Cornerstone Practice Management software is a bonus. Tech‑savvy; bonus as above. Compensation and Sign‑On Bonus: Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000–$220,000. Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available. This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.
