Onsite Property Manager - HUD Section 8 Housing Position Summary H UD Compliance & Recertifications Manage all aspects of HUD Section 8 compliance. Complete annual and interim recertifications in accordance with HUD Handbook 4350.3. Verify income, assets, employment, and household composition. Process EIV reports and resolve all discrepancies. Ensure all resident files remain audit-ready and compliant. Maintain TRACS submissions and resolve transmission errors. Monitor resident eligibility and subsidy changes. Prepare for Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and other regulatory inspections. #J-18808-Ljbffr
