Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - North Riverside, Illinois
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care in North Riverside, Illinois. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their overall well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services provided
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of dignity and respect

Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
