SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for full‑time Shift Supervisor positions at 3301 College Avenue, Davie, FL 33314, located at Nova Southeastern University. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. The role entails overseeing shift activities, training staff, and ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who do not meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor staff, develop employees, and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of prior hospitality experience, including at least 6 months in a supervisory or shift‑leader role. Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Benefits Free meal with each shift.
