Responsibilities Provide a welcoming service to guests, and create memorable guest experiences. Maintain current knowledge of all food and beverage menus. Guide guests through all menu questions and make thoughtful recommendations. Perform accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures in accordance with company policies. Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of the assigned station. Assist in nightly side work. What we need from you Great customer service skills and communication skills with a big smile. Strong multitasking abilities. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Able to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment. Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 35lbs. Reliable transportation, phone, and e-mail. Weekend availability is a Non-negotiable. When you visit of our Raleigh-Durham restaurants, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppan grills. Next, you’ll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu.
