Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM with possible call responsibilities
• Call rotation every 6th week with 30-minute response time
• Call schedule varies: Monday-Wednesday 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Thursday-Sunday includes Thursday 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Friday 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 AM to 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Occasional holiday rotation with permanent staff
• First to float between Bryan and College Station campus locations (16 minutes apart) as needed
• Perform CT scans with and without contrast for ER and inpatient cases
• Average 16-24 scans per day
• Must be able to start IVs
• Work with 3 GE scanners (one 16-slice and two 64-slice)
• Use MEDITECH charting system and Fuji PACS
• May be asked to precept new staff as needed
• Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT), Texas MRT license
• Black scrubs required (not provided)
• Department-specific orientation provided
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments
