Product Manager I

Overview Manage New Jersey DMPK quotation activities and provide administrative and operational support for departmental project management and technical support functions. Responsibilities Work closely with the LTD Sales team to support client relationship management and sales initiatives through proactively internal and external communication. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple business units and functional teams. Manage New Jersey DMPK service contract activities, including request analysis, coordination of technical evaluations, preparation and review of contracts, execution of contract documentation (including obtaining required signatures and company approvals), and project follow-up throughout the business process. Maintain the CRM system to ensure timely and accurate updates of customer, project, and business information. Compile, analyze, and summarize departmental business activities and performance metrics. Provide administrative and operational support to the department as needed, including, but not limited to, project management, technical support, and process coordination. Qualifications The successful candidate must be capable of initiating, developing, and maintaining strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. He or she should be able to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution and completion of business activities. A high level of organization, initiative, and self‑motivation is essential. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Biology, life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related biomedical field with at least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry; or a Master's degree in a related field with at least two years of relevant industry experience. A strong background in DMPK and/or large molecule bioanalysis is highly desirable. A solid understanding of the drug discovery and development process, particularly the preclinical stages leading to IND and the clinical development phases leading to NDA, is a strong plus. Strong skills in information gathering, data analysis, data management, and problem-solving. Project management experience is preferred. Strong customer service mindset with excellent client relationship management skills. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with strong logical thinking, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. A quick learner and self‑starter with a proactive, can‑do attitude. Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and teamwork through professional experience or extracurricular activities is highly desirable. Physical Requirements Must be able to work in Lab setting with exposure to biohazards. Must be able to wear appropriate PPE. Must be able to work in environment with variable noise.
