Position Overview

We are searching for a passionate and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team of imaging specialists dedicated to providing top-notch care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, clearly explaining each step with empathy and precision
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes
• Operate and maintain imaging apparatus, addressing any malfunctions in a timely manner
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient information within the electronic medical records system
• Remain informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging methodologies and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferable
