Senior Lead Superintendent – Ground Up Construction
You’re a true builder.
You’ve taken multiple buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and enjoy working on big projects.
Leading a 64-story ground up residential project in Manhattan is well within your wheelhouse.

Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, affordable housing and office-to-resi conversions.
If that's you, and you want to work with a firm partnered with some of the city's most active developers who just keep on building, please get in touch.
On offer:
- Base salary up to circa $350k (negotiable)
- Performance bonuses
